Vintage Carving Wood Mallet Single Piece of Wood 1.5 pounds 11 inches long

Description

A nice heavy vintage wood carvers mallet.
It stands 11" tall and weighs 24 oz 1 and a 1/2 pounds.
Head is 3 and 1/4 inches in diameter.
Excellent vintage condition !!!

Not sure of the wood.
It is very heavy so it could be
Lignum Vitae.
Otherwise maybe Maple.
