    ONLY FOR PARTS
    Customer returns, no physical damage but not functional. It turns on and splatters spin but no data.
    I have 2 same model drives in this condition.
    Followed few YouTube videos and opened both these 18TB drives outer cover/label/aluminum tin seal and found the Splatters are good but head/arm might have problem/stuck, no idea what needs to be done as both drives are in same condition.
