Schneider Kreuznach Componon-S 180mm f/5.6 enlarger lens in f/8 mount

Description

This is a Schneider-Kreuznach Componon-S 180mm f/5.6 enlarger lens in a fixed f/8 mount. The glass is clean and clear, and there’s only minor dust typical for the age of the lens. The front cell, at its very edge, has a tiny blemish (see photo). There’s a minor amount of Schneideritis (tiny bits of paint dislodged where the glass meets the mount). You will see this in most Schneider enlarger lenses. Other than these points, the cells are in excellent condition.
The cells are mounted in a special f/8 mount. It has a perfectly round, non-adjustable f/8 aperture. There’s a very thin cut filter over the aperture hole. I left the cut filter on in case someone will know what its for and want it. If you want to remove it, it will pop off easily, and you’ll have a normal f/8 aperture.
The lens has M50x0.75 threads on the rear cell. This is the standard way Schneider provided to mount the lens on your enlarger.
This is an outstanding enlarger lens that can also be used as a taking lens on digital cameras. Sale includes only what you see in the pictures: the 180mm f/5.6 Componon-S lens cells, and the Schneider Kreuznach f/8 mount. There are no caps, but I will package carefully to protect the glass.

I am willing to ship internationally, but buyers outside of the United States or Canada must contact me first to discuss shipping (which can be very expensive from Canada).
