Payment
Payment is expected  within four days. If no contact is made in that time frame,  the order will be cancelled.  Consider contacting us via eBay if there will be a delay or an issue.
Please note that your address must be the same/correct as the mailing address used upon eBay checkout (ensure if using PayPal or an address other than a billing address that you enter both the billing address and the shipping address if they differ).  Items are usually dispatched quickly, so, if an error is made - contact us immediately.  In some circumstances, we are able to dispatch an item within an hour of payment.
We typically will not ship to any address not validated or used upon checkout; changes to shipping address after checkout, should be fixed by the buyer.  If necessary, contact us and we will  cancel out the order until your address is corrected.   We will not relist the item until an agree upon time is reached or the situation exceeds four days with no further contact or updates.  Another option is to notify us, quickly.    We will confirm the address formally before dispatch if there are any changes, so, please, contact us as soon as possible.  We strive to dispatch items quickly and if an address is incorrect, it is possible it will be shipped before you notify us if there is a delay.
Due to recent changes  on eBay, sales tax is now automatically added on if  applicable and cannot be adjusted. Do note, that sales tax money is distributed to each state by eBay and not the seller.  It is an automated system based on state laws.  Also, if a partial refund is ever provided - taxation refund will be prorated on that amount.
Shipping
Domestic  Shipments
Most domestic items with the United States of America are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking.  Items are  typically dispatched within one business day of payment received.   If possible, they are dispatched the same day if it is before 10:00 AM  Pacific Standard  Time. If there is any delay or potential delay in shipment, you will be notified as soon as possible. Certain items are sent via UPS, FedEX, or DHL.
USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express, FedEx, and UPS, do include coverage for postal damage. USPS Media Mail and USPS Media Mail class are typically not insured, unless the value of the item is significant or if specifically added on or requested (there is an additional cost).  In the case of damage, please take pictures and keep packaging, so that a claim may be filed.
If additional services are desired, such as insurance, signature confirmation, or expedited shipping, there will be an additional cost, as an option upon checkout (if it is not seen, contact us).
International Shipments
International shipping  costs may vary significantly in price based on location. Flat rate shipping is often used.  At times, it is not congruent with the actual shipping cost.  Please, feel free to contact us regarding international shipping costs and options.  Note that the above policies regarding domestic shipping apply to international shipping.   Items that are dispatched internationally are typically more securely packaged (with extra materials) due to the increased likelihood of  damage secondary to distance and service handling. This  increases the overall shipping weight when compared to domestic shipments, hence increased pricing.   Typically, items are sent via USPS standard international or USPS priority mail.  Large items are more  likely to be shipped via Federal Express or UPS.  The recipient, or buyer, is responsible for any tariffs or customs charges per eBay policy and our policy.

Returns and Exchanges
Most items can be  returned up to thirty days.  The duration and the availability of  a return will vary based on items for various reasons; be sure to check the  return policy for the specific item.  Certain types of items have an absolutely no return policy - such things as films, books, and other temporary media or single use items.  If there is a functional issue with such items, please contact us.
Depending on the reason for a return, and various other factors, some items are shipped for free (unless another service is chosen) and in some cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  Items should be packaged securely and insurance is highly recommended. The same number of labels that were used to dispatch the item will be issued for returns if applicable.  Any and all items from the original sale, must be included in the return or it may be invalidated completely or you may not receive a full refund.
Items are expected to be returned in the same condition in which they were  dispatched.  Typically, the only time a discrepancy is permissible, is if  there is postal  damage or proven to be defective.  See below regarding shipping policies - often times, if damaged, no return is required and a full refund is issued (note this can sometimes be delayed due the insurance claim).
Discrepancies that will negate returns include, but are not limited to:  new usage marks or evidence of wear,  new damage, items that are not the same based on identifying  numbers/colors/sizes and so on, erroneous  opening of a package that resulted in damage to the item,  and under most circumstances, integrity damage to or "breaking of" the seal.  Items that new and sealed cannot be opened for a return.
Contact us if the return involves a  previously sealed, new, item that is no longer sealed and there is a defect issue.
There are no  re-stocking fees.  Re-stocking fees are just silly.  There are not fees other than what the is stated in the listing, unless additional services are requested. Exchanges for items of equal value is available as well.
If there is any suspicion that the item was damaged in transit - please keep all original packaging, as it is necessary for an insurance claim if applicable.  We will execute carrier claims if the proper data is provided.

Always feel free to make offers. Sometimes you may be surprised by what is accepted or counteroffers submitted for your review. Feel free to message us regarding pricing as well.  Note, that per eBay policy, shipping prices cannot be negotiated within best offers. If shipping is something you wish to discuss, please contact me directly.
Of importance - when making an offer an item that includes free shipping, do keep in mind that amount of money is deducted from the offer price on the seller's end.  This leads to an important point - be reasonable in your offers.  We are open to negotiation, if it is reasonable. Offensively low offers will often result in declination and prohibition from one buying items from us permanently.  Note, also, the total price (shipping included if charged separately) is subject to a significant fee paid to eBay (percent-based).  Some offers are simply unreasonable and would leave a seller in the negative.  We find that to be inconsiderate and rude.  We simply do not wish to  tolerate repeated behaviour of such nature.
Also, please, be courteous in messaging and offers.  If something is not priced at  a price that pleases you, we find no offense in receiving feedback, but angry,  aggressive, or rude messages will be reported immediately and you will be blocked from purchasing items in the future.
Treat others how you would want to be treated.  Compose your message in the same fashion you would speak to someone in person - do not desensitize yourself from the fact that we too, are people.

At present, operations and most administrators are based out of Portland, Oregon. This mission started in 2006 with the primary founder, from Detroit, Michigan and New Jersey, by donating proceeds of used medical textbooks that were sold on a large eCommerce platform.  In 2020, due to the increasing costs and restrictions of large corporate eCommerce sites, the decision was made to transition to an independent website for sales to yield more profit to expand the mission.
Our primary locations are:  Detroit, MI, Philadelphia, PA, New York City, NY, Nashville, TN, Columbus, OH, Portland, OR, San Diego, CA, Atlanta, GA, Washington D.C., and various other urban areas. We have associates working internationally as well, primarily in France, The Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, and Belgium, as well as Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru, Columbia, The Philippines, India, Nigeria, Kenya, Congo, Burundi, Sierra Leone, and across our home nation, The United States of America.
