Anchor Hocking EUC Set of 8 Green Uranium Vaseline Cameo Princess 8" Plates

Description

Vintage Set of 8 Anchor Hocking Green Depression Glass 8" plates.
These are uranium vaseline glass with a beautiful etched or embossed design on the backs of the plates.
In researching these they have been termed Princess, Ballerina or Cameo patterned.
They are in excellent, very lightly used condition, shiny and clean.
One of the plates has a few grains of something under the surface of the glass made during manufacture but they are teeny tiny and do not detract - just want you to know
Our photographs do not do them justice so hopefully you have seen this pattern in person.  The photo of the bottom of the plate makes it look almost bowl shaped which is a distortion as they have a normal plate shape.
They measure approx 8 1/4" in diameter and stand about 1/2"
The last photo is of the plates stacked with paper napkins between them to prevent scratches.  I included these photos because I think the napkins help to capture the designs better
Each plate, though made of relatively thin glass, has a nice solid weight.
Together the plates weigh just over 6 lbs.
