49:1 EFHW UNUN

Description

49:1 EFHW End Fed Half UNUN.
Dual core unun with mount. The UnUn is rated up to 1000 watts SSB and 500 cw. The cores are 240/43 mix. Depending on the length of your antenna wire, the UnUn will work from 160 meters to 10 meters. The cores are wrapped with high temperature tape and wound with 13 AWG magnetic wire.  All components are housed in a IP66 enclosure with a drain hole for condensation. The coax connector is a SO239 silver teflon. If you require a N connector, please specify in a message.  All hardware and mounting brackets are stainless steel. The antenna connector is brass with twist on banana plug. The color scheme is blue lid and bronze body. The internal enclosure walls are insulated to isolate core from RF reflection.
Grounding bolt comes with copper lug, just add your grounding wire.  This UnUn has 15kv capacitor to keep SWR at 10 meters below 3.0.
For best results use these antenna wire lengths: (1/2 wave operation)

60m = 86ft
40m = 66ft
30m = 46ft
20m = 33ft
17m = 25ft
15m = 22ft
